Refund Policy for Events 4 All

This Refund Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling are handled for services provided by Events 4 All (“we,” “our,” or “us”), including event rentals, event space bookings, and group activities. By booking with us or using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Cancellation by Customer
Refund eligibility depends on when the cancellation is made relative to the scheduled event or rental date.
• More than 14 days before the event:
Eligible for a full refund or full credit toward a future booking.
• 7–14 days before the event:
Eligible for a 50% refund or 75% credit toward a future booking.
• Less than 7 days before the event:
Payments are non‑refundable. Credit may be issued at our discretion, depending on circumstances and availability.
• Same‑day cancellations or no‑shows:
No refunds or credits will be issued.
Weather‑Related Cancellations
For outdoor or weather‑sensitive rentals:
• If weather conditions make the event unsafe or impossible to run, we will work with you to reschedule at no additional cost.
• If rescheduling is not possible, credit may be issued for a future date.
• Refunds for weather‑related cancellations are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case‑by‑case.
Cancellations by Events 4 All
If we must cancel due to safety concerns, equipment issues, staffing, or other operational reasons:
• You will receive a full refund or may choose full credit toward a future booking.
• We are not responsible for additional costs incurred by the customer (travel, third‑party vendors, etc.).
Non‑Refundable Items
The following are non‑refundable:
• Processing fees charged by third‑party payment providers
• Custom or special‑order items
• Add‑ons or services already delivered
• Promotional or discounted bookings unless otherwise stated
Damage, Loss, or Cleaning Fees
Refunds may be reduced or withheld if:
• Rented items are returned damaged
• Equipment is lost or stolen
• Excessive cleaning is required after the event
Any assessed fees will be communicated to the customer before charges are finalized.
Rescheduling Policy
You may request to reschedule your event or rental:
• At least 7 days in advance: No rescheduling fee
• Less than 7 days in advance: A rescheduling fee may apply depending on availability and service type
Rescheduled dates are subject to calendar availability.
